• The number one question we get is "I have no rhythm/ I am older/ I am *insert adjective*-- where should I start?"

Where to start depends on your goals. If you're just trying to ease your way in and just groove a little, take GROOV3, Beg Ballet, Jazz 101 or even Burlesque Basics and Contemporary I are great places to start.

If you're wanting to build technique, start with any class labeled "Beg" or "I" They are designed to be challenging while accessible to beginners, and those teachers love breaking things down and guiding you forward.

Dancers Showing Love

This place has changed my life. It’s like church.

Jim

I love this place!! The instructors make everyone feel welcomed and the choreography is always fun and challenging

Tasha

… a warm, welcoming place for people of all ages, sizes, and experience. It is my happy place where I get to challenge myself among friends. I know walking in to the studio that no matter how my day has gone, I will walk out energized and happy.

Kara

This place is amazing. I came here for their free dance day. I got to try any of the classes I want for free. I believe I tried a total of seven classes.

Each class was amazing. The instructors are so nice and welcoming. I love the inclusiveness. There were people of all dance levels, ethnicities, shapes, sizes, and ages.

The classes rang from Jazz, Hula, Hip hop, Ballet, Burlesque, Afro Contemporary, and much much more. I can't wait to join.

“If you have any interest in dancing, it is a warm, welcoming, accepting place to learn. Does not matter what your level of experience or technical ability is, just that you like to dance. The entire staff is supportive and inspiring..”

Peggy

I am completely blown away at the change in my new found self confidence after just one week of what going to different classes has done for me.
Yes, I feel alive and am having so much fun, but the staff and the other guests who also attend various dance classes are so genuinely kind and uplifting. I guess you could say, I am loved and I am grateful.
